Reviews
This is a brilliant and underappreciated movie script, almost impossible to find in mainstream outlets. While it serves best as a snapshot of its era (mid-1970s anxiety over the environment and a slow reluctant refusal to move away from 1960s idealism), there are still plenty of humanistic touches to deeply affect viewers of any age. Add in the quirky episodic nature of the film that slowly begins to cohere over the course of its running time and you have a neglected masterpiece well worth a read (and a viewing).
